1. Payment & Charges

• All plans are prepaid and must be paid in advance.
• Charges are non-refundable.
• GST @ 18% is applicable and will be charged extra.

2. Installation

• No installation charges are applicable for SSS Fiber connection.
• Any one-time installation charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

3. Regulatory Compliance

All tariff plans and offers are subject to guidelines issued by TRAI and/or DoT.

4. Changes to Terms

The company reserves the right to modify or withdraw these terms or plans at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be available on the website.

5. Refund Policy

• Refund is applicable only for the first payment in case of no-feasibility.
• Refunds are processed to the registered bank account or wallet only.
• No refunds will be made via cash or cheque.

6. Security Deposit

• Refundable only after return of company assets in proper condition.
• Processed within 60 working days after approval.
• Refund will be done online only.

7. Equipment Policy

• ONU devices remain property of SSS Plus Pvt Ltd.
• Company can reclaim devices after disconnection or inactivity.

8. Internet Speed

Speed is committed up to the LAN port only. Wi-Fi performance depends on customer premises and device capability.
